DESCRIPTION:
The color of the wine is ruby red and lively with darker reflection. The wine is clear and partially dense.
The bouquet is clear, nice and intense. One can feel the notes from the wood, clove and Mediterranean herbs (thyme and sage) on the first nose. The second nose provides fruity sensation resembling forest fruits (strawberries and raspberries) having a complex ending of damp forest and mushrooms. The wine is dry, warm, partially soft and fresh with nice tannins that will become even more sophisticated through time. This is a wine with a perennial potential although ready and tasteful at the moment. Capo winery has continued to flirt with the French grape variety end expression – from Bujština to Burgundy, from the vines to the stars.
